Unisys seeks an experienced Mobility Operations lead to oversee end-to-end provisioning, lifecycle management, and VIP support for enterprise devices and services in Mexico City. You will manage escalations (L2/L3) via ServiceNow, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate CMDB records.

Key qualifications include 7+ years in mobility support, ITIL knowledge, and strong ServiceNow/Microsoft Excel capabilities to analyze usage and expense trends. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, STEM majors, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years supporting mobility users and services in IT ops roles.
• Fluency in English (C1 level minimum) written and spoken.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and telecom expense management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end mobility provisioning and ticket escalations in ServiceNow.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy through audits and data quality checks.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers and internal stakeholders on mobility issues.
• Provide VIP support and manage complex exception handling.
• Generate reports to track performance metrics and trends.
