Versigent seeks a senior attorney to provide labor and employment legal support across the Americas, focusing on Mexico regional operations. You will advise HR and stakeholders on employee relations, policy interpretation, hiring, discipline, and separations.

In this role, you will analyze evolving labor laws, support global HR centers of excellence, draft and revise employment documents, and assist with corporate transactions and investigations. On-site work in Ciudad Juarez or Troy is required.

Formación

• 10+ years advising organizations on labor and employment matters.
• Experience providing practical legal advice on employment-related issues.
• Experience supporting HR and business stakeholders on employment law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal support to HR and business stakeholders on employment-related issues, including employee relations, policy interpretation, hiring, discipline, and separations.
• Research and analyze labor and employment laws, regulations, and developments, assessing potential business impacts.
• Support Global HR Centers of Excellence on employment-related matters and initiatives.
• Draft, review, and revise employment-related agreements, policies, and training materials.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of company employment policies and procedures.
• Support workforce changes, reorganizations, and other initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Assist with due diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
