Emerson in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking an experienced EHS leader to drive environmental, health and safety programs across our manufacturing site. You will implement, maintain and continuously improve programs, and lead incident investigations and corrective actions.

You will facilitate risk assessments, JSA and critical task analyses, ensure regulatory and corporate compliance, and deliver safety training on LOTO, working at heights, and contractor safety. English proficiency requested.

Formación

• 5+ years leading Environmental, Health and Safety programs in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with regulatory compliance initiatives, EHS audits, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ergonomics, LOTO, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety management.
• Ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and collaborate across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage EHS programs across the organization.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate risk assessments, JSA, and critical task evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health, safety regulations and corporate requirements.
• Drive key safety programs (LOTO, PIT, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Contractor Safety, Machine Guarding, Permit-to-Work).
• Design and deliver EHS training for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
• Promote engagement and continuous improvement through coaching and leadership.
