Corning in Mexico is seeking an EH&S Engineering lead to drive safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental improvements across site operations. You will oversee advanced risk analyses, design controls, and mentor cross‑functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Role requires 5–7 years of EH&S leadership, ISO 45001/14001 experience, and bilingual English/Spanish, with strong regulatory knowledge for Mexican standards and OSHA familiarity.

Formación

• Engineering degree required; multiple disciplines allowed.
• 5–7 years of EH&S engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex EH&S engineering projects including process safety, hazard controls, automation, and environmental improvements.
• Design and validate engineering solutions to reduce risks and improve safety.
• Conduct advanced risk analyses and provide expert technical guidance to teams.
• Drive environmental improvements, emissions reductions, and energy/water optimization.
• Integrate EHS-by-design into process and equipment design and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement control strategies and training focused on risk reduction.
