Micron Technology seeks a Sr. Semiconductor Design Engineer, DRAM, to build and analyze CMOS digital and analog circuits essential for memory product development.

You will collaborate with global design, verification, and layout teams to optimize cost, quality, reliability, and time-to-market while growing your technical skills. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with 3–4 years in the semiconductor industry.
• Foundational knowledge of CMOS build and memory applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Build, simulate, and optimize memory circuits from gate-level to full-chip using SPICE and Verilog.
• Develop and validate circuit blocks by translating device specs into silicon functionality.
• Lead and coordinate the layout process (floorplanning, placement, routing), parasitic modeling, and tape-out validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CAD, verification, process integration, test, probe, assembly, and product engineering to ensure quality and manufacturability.
• Drive innovation and efficiency by applying AI-based tools and automation across build and verification workflows.
