Micron Technology, Inc is seeking a seasoned Verification Engineer to drive pre-silicon validation across memory architectures. You will collaborate with global design teams, apply SPICE simulations, and deepen CMOS timing knowledge to advance product readiness.

You will develop tests and test benches for HBM/DRAM verification, contribute to new methodologies, and guide junior engineers in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in analog, digital, and/or AMS verification.
• Proficiency with SPICE simulations.
• Strong CMOS timing and circuit knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Guide verification direction within expertise areas for projects.
• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full chip designs across voltages and corners.
• Develop tests/stimulus to improve functional coverage for memory architectures.
• Contribute to verification methodology and environments for complex products.
• Collaborate with international colleagues on new verification flows.
• Develop and maintain test benches and run regressions for coverage improvements.
