Job summary

Mondelēz México is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to oversee a 24-month unconstrained forecast and drive the IBP process. You will partner with finance, modelling, and commercial teams to validate risks, opportunities, and plan actions for gaps, innovations, and campaigns.

The role requires strong supply chain experience, strategic agility, and leadership to mentor a forecasting team and coordinate with supply planning for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive supply chain or related experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Experience driving demand reviews and IBP cycles.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a forecasting team for a 24-month unconstrained forecast with documented assumptions.
• Partner with category finance to align IBP forecast with financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with modelling to generate statistical forecasts.
• Work with commercial leadership to validate risks and opportunities and close gaps.
• Validate sizing of innovations, renovations and campaigns in the 24-month forecast.
• Coordinate with supply planning to ensure timely decisions and execution.
