Job summary

Kontoor Brands seeks a Demand Business Planner to lead the consensus demand plan for the Mexico Stream at the Style-Color-SKU level. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Operations, and Supply Planning to drive forecasting that informs inventory, supply, and financial decisions.

You will leverage forecasting systems, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs to identify risks and opportunities, participate in the SIOP process, and align local objectives with North America

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or related supply chain functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional alignment to establish and maintain a consensus demand plan.
• Apply advanced forecasting methodologies and planning tools to improve forecast quality and adjust assumptions.
• Lead demand reviews within the SIOP process, communicating forecast changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across the Mexico portfolio at the Style-Color-SKU level.
• Own forecast accuracy and demand planning performance through trend analysis and lifecycle effects.
• Lead planning activities supporting NPI, seasonal launches, and commercial initiatives.
• Develop scenario analyses and long-range demand outlooks for inventory, capacity, and growth decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, reporting capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.
