Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a finance professional to lead planning and performance management across a focused scope in Mexico. You will own data collection, verify data integrity and drive strategic financial decisions with a strong controls framework.

You will partner with senior managers to provide insights, support annual planning, forecasting and cost management, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency in a large, public company.

Qualifications

• Financial planning and performance management expertise.
• Strong business acumen in consumer packaged goods and local market dynamics.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute FP&A processes including planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for a defined scope.
• Provide data-driven insights and ensure data integrity to support strategic decisions and targets.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls within the Finance team.
