Resideo is seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of modern digital solutions within our Digital Technology organization. You will orchestrate cross-functional, globally distributed teams across SAFe, driving eCommerce, middleware integrations, ERP, CRM, and product data initiatives.

You will leverage Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to enable transparent, structured delivery, produce weekly status reports, and manage risks and dependencies with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/program management experience in IT or digital technology.
• Hands-on Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project experience.
• Proven ability to report status across tools and stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating SAFe multi-team coordination and Scrum of Scrums.
• Experience in globally distributed teams and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end program execution within SAFe, coordinating multiple Agile teams.
• Plan PI Planning, sprint coordination, backlog alignment, and release management.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and cross-team ceremonies.
• Track risks, dependencies, and milestones; provide weekly leadership updates.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Stakeholders to translate strategy into execution.
• Create metrics dashboards using Jira and Microsoft Project for executive reporting.
