Bluelight is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE professional to join our growing team. You will work on large, complex systems, manage AWS-based architectures, and implement robust CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.

The role emphasizes security, reliability, and performance, with agile collaboration and client-focused delivery. Candidates should have 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps, strong Terraform and AWS skills, and a track record of incident response and on-call readiness.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Experience operating Aurora/PostgreSQL in production with multi-AZ failover, read replicas, and replica lag monitoring.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with Docker and ECS/Fargate for containerization and orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with deployment automation, rollback paths, and rollback drills.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, or similar).
• Experience with load testing (k6 or similar) and latency SLOs and error budgets.
• Security-first mindset: vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and hardening.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 audit evidence and client security reviews.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
• Background working with large, complex systems and ability to overlap US hours.
• Bachelor's degree required and strong ownership/accountability.
• Client-focused dedication to team commitments and adherence to best practices.
