Job summary

Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, seeks an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to join our expanding team. You will design and operate scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, focusing on reliability, performance, and compliance.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, and managing incident response and on-call rotations while ensuring audit readiness and collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps experience.
Proven AWS experience with ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, IAM, and CloudWatch.
IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
Containerization and orchestration with Docker and ECS/Fargate.
CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.
Security-first mindset with audit readiness (SOC 2).
Incident response, on-call rotations, and RCA.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across services and environments.
Operate and optimize AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, S3) with reliability in mind.
Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness for client engagements (SOC 2).
Lead incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analyses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage large, complex systems.
