AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. The role spans wireframes, user flows, and polished visuals, with client presentations and mentorship of junior designers.

The candidate will design for omnichannel campaigns, collaborate with in-house and freelance teams, and apply ecommerce best practices while leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

• Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking with layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition for web and mobile.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs mapped to client goals, audience, and vertical.
• Maintain high standards and present the best work to clients.
• Advise clients on industry best practices.
• Estimate time to complete work and manage timelines.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Research and provide strategic, goal-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with in-house and freelance designers.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Provide feedback to team members during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Proactively explore new tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency.
