AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead e‑commerce sites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity for CPG clients. You’ll move from wireframes to polished visuals, applying ecommerce best practices and mentoring junior designers.

Present decisions to clients and guide projects end-to-end. You’ll collaborate with designers in-house and freelance, researching industry best practices and using AI to improve workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design or similar discipline.
• 4+ years of digital design experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; Webflow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs that map to client goals, audience and vertical.
• Maintain high standards and present best work to client.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Use AI to improve workflow and efficiency.
