AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web/mobile apps, and brand identity for CPG clients. The role spans from wireframes to polished visuals, with partner/client presentations and mentoring of juniors a core part of the job.

You will apply ecommerce best practices across deliverables, collaborating with in-house and freelance designers, and using AI to enhance workflow efficiency.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic with layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Autonomous work style and collaborative teamwork to align on vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for design discussions.
• UX and UI skill set including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Able to explain digital design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; self-motivated.
• Experience designing for omnichannel, including Amazon A+ Creative, email, social, and campaigns.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; prior agency experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Solid understanding of designing intuitive, responsive user experiences.

• Collaborate with other designers, both in-house and freelance.
• Participate actively in client meetings and workshops with constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Proactively explore new tools and AI-driven workflows.
