AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. You will move between wireframes, user flows, and polished visuals, applying ecommerce best practices across deliverables.

Presenting decisions to clients and mentoring juniors completes the role. You will design for omnichannel experiences, collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, and leverage tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking across layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition for web and mobile.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and with the team to execute the shared vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially about design with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs that map to client goals, audience, and verticals.
• Maintain high standards and present only the best work to the client.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Research and provide strategic, goal-driven solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with in-house and freelance designers.
• Participate actively in client meetings and workshops.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Explore new tools and approaches to improve workflow.
• Use AI to enhance design workflow and efficiency.
