AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity work for CPG clients. This person moves fluidly between wireframes, user flows, and polished visual design, applying ecommerce best practices across every deliverable.

Comfort presenting decisions directly to clients and mentoring junior designers rounds out the role. Strong visual design, layout, typography, colors, and image composition are essential.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic with web/mobile focus.
• Attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
• Excellent written and verbal design communication.
• UX and UI workflow: wireframes, sitemaps, IA.
• Ability to explain design decisions to clients.
• Strong time management and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute design concepts for ecommerce and brands.
• Map designs to client goals, audience, and verticals.
• Maintain high standards and share only best work with clients.
• Advise clients on best practices when appropriate.
• Estimate time to complete work accurately.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Provide strategic design solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with in-house and freelance designers.
• Contribute to team meetings and client workshops.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Explore new tools and leverage AI to improve workflows.
