AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Designer to lead design for e-commerce sites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity for CP/G clients. You will move between wireframes, user flows, and polished visuals, applying ecommerce best practices across deliverables.

Mentoring junior designers and presenting to clients are essential. You will collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, maintain high standards, and leverage AI to improve workflow and efficiency.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic with layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition for web and mobile.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and with the team; execute the shared project vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially about design with clients.
• UX and UI skill set including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Explain digital design terms to clients; discuss web platforms and implementation.
• Organizational and time management; self-management and prioritization.
• Experience designing for omnichannel: Amazon A+ Creative, email, social, campaigns.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Solid knowledge of industry tools and intuitive responsive UX.

• Maintain high standards in the work created and ensure only the best work is shared with the client.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work.
• Continually experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Research and provide strategic, goal-driven solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with other designers, both in‑house and freelance.
• Provide useful contributions to team meetings and client workshops.
• Provide constructive feedback to all team members during presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Proactively explore new tools.
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency and streamline the design process.
