AgileEngine seeks a Senior Designer to lead ecommerce sites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity for CPG clients. You will move between wireframes, flows, and polished visuals, applying ecommerce best practices and client-focused storytelling.

Mentorship of juniors and direct client presentations are expected. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of digital design experience, strong Figma/Adobe skills, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.

Formación

• 4+ years of digital design experience in an agency or similar setting.
• Strong UI/UX skills including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to clients.
• Experience designing for omnichannel including email, social, and campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design for e-commerce websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identity.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and polished visual design across deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with in-house and freelance teams.
• Present decisions directly to clients and advise on industry best practices.
• Estimate time to complete work and continually explore new tools and AI-enabled workflows.
