Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Mexico is seeking a Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to optimize production flow, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. You will develop and manage master production schedules aligned with customer demand and plant capacity, driving production balancing decisions to maximize efficiency.

Collaborating with purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams, you will monitor performance, manage POs and shipments, and leverage MPS, MRP, and ERP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with MPS, MRP, ERP, production planning and capacity management.
• Experience with demand forecasting and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with demand, inventory targets and plant capacity.
• Drive demand normalization and production balancing decisions to maximize operational efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and monitor weekly production plans and long-term manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure material availability through planning and coordination with purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor daily production performance, address deviations, and coordinate POs, invoicing, and shipments.
