Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to optimize production flow, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. You will develop weekly production plans and monitor performance, coordinating with purchasing and supply chain teams to keep material availability on track.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (slip: Supply Chain/Industrial/Operations/Business Admin).
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with production planning and capacity management, and with demand forecasting & inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity.
• Drive demand normalization and production balancing decisions to maximize operational efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and monitor weekly production plans and long-term manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure material availability through planning and coordination with purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor daily production performance and address plan deviations.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing activities, and shipment coordination to support operations.
• Leverage MPS, MRP, and ERP systems to optimize planning accuracy and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve service, quality, and productivity goals.
