Job summary

Molex in Mexico is seeking a Production Planner to translate demand into executable production plans at our El Salto facility. You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure reliable execution and on-time customer fulfillment.

You will develop and maintain production schedules, execute MPS/MRP, analyze planning exceptions, coordinate capacity, support recovery plans, balance inventory and service, communicate risks,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years in production or materials planning or supply chain.
• Proficient in SAP, MRP, and production planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand.
• Execute MPS and MRP processes.
• Analyze planning exceptions and system recommendations.
• Coordinate capacity and material availability reviews.
• Support schedule recovery plans when disruptions occur.
• Balance inventory, service, and operational priorities.
• Communicate production risks and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes.
