Job summary

Milwaukee LATAM seeks a Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to optimize production flow and balance demand with capacity at our Torreón manufacturing site. You will drive master production schedules and ensure material availability through close coordination with purchasing and operations.

You will lead planning activities, monitor performance, and address deviations while leveraging ERP systems to improve forecasting accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with MPS, MRP, and ERP systems is essential.
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills required.
