We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to optimize production flow, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery to our customers.
Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity.
Drive demand normalization and production balancing decisions to maximize operational efficiency.
Create, maintain, and monitor weekly production plans and long-term manufacturing schedules.
Ensure material availability through effective planning and coordination with purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams.
Monitor daily production performance and proactively address plan deviations.
Manage purchase orders, invoicing activities, and shipment coordination to support uninterrupted operations.
Leverage MPS, MRP, and ERP systems to optimize planning accuracy and execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve service, quality, and productivity goals.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration , or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
