Milwaukee Tool seeks a Senior Supplier Development Leader in Torreón, MX to own supplier capability plans across the strategic portfolio, building capacity and operational maturity for current production, new ramps, and localizing for Mexico’s growth.

You will align Procurement, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Operations and Supply Planning around priorities, milestones and risk escalation, leading cross-functional teams and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical or related).
• 7+ years in manufacturing, supplier development, operations or supplier quality.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Lean manufacturing, problem solving and operational excellence.
• Data analysis with Excel and Power BI; statistical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier strategy and capability development, defining roadmaps and milestones.
• Direct cross-functional recovery plans for suppliers with gaps in delivery or quality.
• Validate capacity against demand, ramp plans and localization readiness.
• Coordinate supplier expansion and Mexico localization with cross-functional teams.
• Lead regular performance reviews and governance, ensuring risks and actions are tracked.
• Coach supplier teams in daily management and corrective action ownership.
• Assess business continuity, EHS, quality and regulatory risks with owners.
