FLSmidth in Monterrey seeks a global Demand Planning & SIOP Leader to drive integrated business planning for capital equipment and spare parts, aligning Sales, Operations, and Finance for reliable demand visibility. You will own the monthly SIOP cycle, lead a diverse team, and implement forecasting tools to deliver capacity alignment across regions and improved forecast accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in demand planning, SIOP, or supply chain management in capital equipment/heavy industry.
• Experience implementing SIOP/IBP across complex, project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of global manufacturing, order-to-delivery, and ETO planning dynamics.
• Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning/forecasting tools (Kinaxis, O9, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma or APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global SIOP framework development to align commercial and operational priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Product Line, and Operations leaders to unify demand planning.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to balance demand, supply, and inventory.
• Provide executive visibility with accurate demand and capacity planning metrics.
• Lead deployment of digital planning tools and dashboards for forecast visibility.
