Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Supply Business Planner for the Mexico Stream to translate demand plans into sourcing, replenishment, and inventory strategies that meet service levels and financial targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with S&OP processes.

You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Customer Operations to ensure supply capabilities align with business needs and North America

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations).
• 5+ years in supply planning, inventory planning, SIOP, replenishment, or related functions.
• Experience balancing service, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives in a complex supply chain.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain functions.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Fluent English communication; ability to collaborate across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mexico Stream supply plan and inventory strategy, aligning demand, supply, and financial targets.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to develop feasible supply and replenishment plans.
• Lead SIOP supply reviews; evaluate risks and opportunities; propose solutions.
• Own inventory planning strategies balancing service, working capital, and continuity.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks related to capacity, sourcing, materials, and transport.
• Support New Product Introductions, seasonal launches, and strategic initiatives.
