EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery health across three pods. You will partner with engineering, product and infrastructure leaders to manage risks, maintain cadence, and ensure transparent reporting on progress and blockers.

You will drive onboarding, readiness gates, and structured sessions with client stakeholders, while standardizing Agile delivery practices and continuously improving outcomes using DORA metrics and AI tooling signals.

Formación

• 5+ years leading complex, multi-team software delivery engagements.
• Deep expertise in Agile governance, sprint cadence oversight, and risk registers.

• Own sprint cadence across three delivery pods and ensure consistent planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain risk register, escalate blockers early and drive items to closure.
• Report delivery health using DORA metrics and AI tooling indicators.
• Coordinate onboarding, readiness gates and vendor/tooling decisions with account leadership.
• Lead comprehensive onboarding programs for client teams and ensure timely stakeholder alignment.

We are building strong delivery governance for 19 digital products across three pods, ensuring predictable outcomes, alignment, and transparency. As the Senior Delivery Manager, you will own delivery health end-to-end, partnering with engineering, product, and infrastructure leaders to manage risks and keep cadence on track.
