EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead. You will partner with stakeholders to translate goals into technical roadmaps and own the delivery lifecycle from concept to live deployment.

You will mentor engineers, drive full-stack solutions (.NET/C#, Angular) on AWS, and continuously refine processes for speed and quality while communicating complex decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Minimum 1 year leading and managing engineering teams.
• Proven full-stack expertise with .NET (C#) backend and Angular frontend.
• Practical experience deploying on AWS infrastructure.
• Regular use of AI-powered coding assistants (GitHub Copilot) in development workflows.
• Strong business communication skills with English at C1 or above.

We're looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, candidate will operate as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead. You will partner directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready software without the support of a Business Analyst (BA) or Scrum Master.
