EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to bridge business priorities with hands-on implementation across a global, multi-department organization.

You will design architecture, implement robust APIs, and drive integration projects across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, and Oracle HCM while coordinating with teams in India and the US.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on, full-stack engineering experience with delivery record.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend and backend tech, especially JS/TS and Python.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-driven solutions and tool calls.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners across IT, sales, finance and HR to align priorities.
• Translate use cases into robust architectures, UX/flow diagrams, API contracts and backlogs.
• Develop and integrate workflows across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean and Oracle HCM.
• Lead integrations with authentication setup, RBAC and production readiness.
• Guide daily with India team to review PRs, resolve blockers and ensure quality.

We're aiming to bring a Senior Fullstack Developer onto our expanding team. This position connects high-level business priorities with hands-on technical implementation across a widely distributed, multi-department organization. You'll infuse structured engineering rigor into fluid, still-forming problems, all while contributing to how the organization adopts and integrates new technology.
