EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Digital Project Manager to drive complex digital initiatives from concept to launch, coordinating delivery across teams and vendors in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience, 20+ team leadership, strong English, and a track record of architecture-driven delivery; this role focuses on modernizing platforms and aligning business goals with technology strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent advanced certification.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in lead/manager roles.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees.
• Proven track record delivering complex software solutions in distributed environments.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement at VP level and above.
