Job summary

PSL Group seeks a Senior Project Manager, Delivery Operations to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from planning through business readiness. You will drive structured execution, risk management, and executive alignment to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery across multiple business units.

Responsibilities include defining delivery strategy, governance, and interdependencies, while partnering with Directors, VPs, and Execs to drive decisions and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

6-8 years in project or program management, consulting, or operations with large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working with senior stakeholder teams and driving alignment across business units.
Ability to define delivery strategy, governance, and execution models across teams.

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle delivery of initiatives across business units.
Define delivery strategy, phasing, and sequencing across teams.
Ensure alignment between business goals, process design, and technical delivery.
Drive accountability across all workstreams.
Manage interdependencies and escalation paths through governance.
