Zendesk, S. De R.L. DE CV (Mexico) seeks a Principal, Enterprise QA & IT Delivery Leader to orchestrate testing across complex integrations and ERP transformations. Lead QA engineering delivery and scale platforms to ensure high-quality enterprise outcomes.

You will partner with Business and Product to implement AI-enabled testing, governance, and robust defect management, driving QA maturity across programs and releases.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years demonstrating strong QA engineering leadership or managing Program QA Delivery.
• Expert-level experience with QA governance and testing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of test execution governance and defect lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Release Cycle Quality Governance: monitor release readiness and escalate risks.
• Ensure Quality Gates and exit criteria are met in DoD.
• Drive QA execution and leadership within each release cycle.
• Expand and mature core testing platforms and enterprise adoption of Playwright/Jenkins/QA tools.
