Corning in Mexico is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Supervisor to lead the regional EAS team, ensuring service delivery, data quality, and SOX compliance across enterprise applications. You will coordinate with IT, third-party providers, and the business to implement improvements and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and finance business acumen.
• Ability to work independently with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management for MTY EAS team members and ensure case management within SLA.
• Lead enterprise applications support and ensure quality of production migrations.
• Coordinate with IT and third-party providers for timely issue resolution and improvements.
• Maintain data quality, SOX compliance, and audit controls.
• Prepare periodic reports and drive process improvements.
