Takeda is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for its Innovation Capability Center in Mexico City. You will perform complex data analysis, develop ML models and ML Ops practices to support global business operations and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement deep learning architectures, build scalable data pipelines, and drive responsible AI across the organization while applying state-of-the-art techniques.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and R with ML libraries.
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms and deep learning.
• Experience with NLP, data visualization, and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to derive business insights.
• Develop ML models (supervised/unsupervised) to predict and optimize outcomes.
• Implement and optimize deep learning architectures and algorithms.
• Build scalable data architectures, models, and pipelines for ML workflows.
• Create visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects and mentor junior staff; stay updated on ML trends and responsible AI.
