Roland Berger is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to support the Digital Hub in the Americas. You will work with consultants and clients to develop data-driven solutions, pipelines, and dashboards across multiple industries.

This hybrid role is based in the Mexico City office. You will analyze large datasets, build ML models, design data architectures, and communicate findings to business stakeholders in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of data science or analytics experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for ETL, analytics and app development.
• Experience with data visualization tools and data integration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from diverse sources.
• Visualize and interpret data to extract actionable insights.
• Build data pipelines for advanced analytics using code and no-code tools.
• Design data architectures and ontologies for business analytics.
• Integrate OCR, AI, embeddings for unstructured data.
• Develop front-ends and applications implementing business workflows.
• Develop statistical models and ML algorithms to solve business problems.
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and AI in client projects.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Prepare clear presentations and reports for internal and client use.
