AgileEngine in Mexico is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive rigorous statistical execution, multi-goal tuning, and validation of Meridian MMM frameworks on client data. You will translate noisy marketing signals into trusted, multi-objective spend recommendations using Python and SQL in AWS Athena and PostgreSQL environments.

You will expand capabilities, build robust heuristic models, and collaborate with engineering teams daily to ensure accurate data pipelines.

Formación

• 5-7 years of professional data science experience with time-series, priors or complex attribution modelling.
• Experience applying Meridian MMM framework on real-world datasets.
• Strong Python backend skills with typed, schema-driven tooling.
• Comfort with Mac/Linux terminal, Bash, and text utilities.
• Proficiency writing advanced SQL to extract data from cloud systems (AWS Athena, PostgreSQL).
• Strong communication skills and ability to defend methodologies.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Expand MMM framework configurations to multi-objective client goals.
• Formulate robust heuristic models for high-variance datasets.
• Ingest structured data from upstream pipelines for client-isolated experimentation.
• Utilize AI-assisted IDE tools for data transformations with validation checks.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and analytics teams to align on pipeline requirements.
