Takeda is seeking a Data, Digital, and Technology Investment Lead in Mexico City (Santa Fe). You will manage DD&Ts portfolio, build business cases, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and Finance. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and optimization of investments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in information or project management, with IT and data governance experience, and strong English communication. Hybrid work with in-office days required.

Formación

• Master's degree in computer science, life sciences, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in information or project management in tech.
• Familiarity with portfolio tools (ATP, PowerBI) and IT/financial integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Business English proficiency and Office 365 expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the point of contact for DD&T investment initiatives with owners and governance leads.
• Assess proposed initiatives for strategic, technical, financial, and resourcing impact.
• Guide submissions, gather data for business cases, and support governance reviews.
• Lead regular status meetings and report progress, risks, and metrics.
• Ensure governance policies and processes are followed by teams.
• Support enterprise portfolio optimization and resourcing decisions.
