Klar in Mexico City is seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing data team. This full-time role blends data maintenance, reporting and automation to empower LATAM AI initiatives and improve decision making across the business.

You will work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days in the office) with Python, SQL and ML techniques to deliver scalable models, insights and automation, collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• 2+ years of Python programming experience.
• 1+ years of SQL experience.
• 1+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Experience in Machine Learning, LLM, Gen AI is a nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Data maintenance with high data quality and integrity.
• Produce data analysis reports for monitoring KPIs and strategic decisions.
• Develop automation and infrastructure to improve growth metrics monitoring.
• Clearly present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
