Job summary

Trailhead seeks a Senior Data Analyst to lead measurement across content analytics, learner satisfaction, and business impact. You will build semantic models, data pipelines, and predictive frameworks turning signals into decisions for content owners and executives.

You will design an agent-queryable data platform, establish cohort designs, connect engagement signals to commercial outcomes, and translate findings into clear narratives for leadership across product, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or data science across structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with cohort/propensity matching, predictive modeling, causal inference.
• Advanced SQL in cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and CRM data.
• Expert Tableau dashboard-building; AI-assisted tooling for dashboards and models.
• Proven ability to translate findings into executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own Content Intelligence Engine metrics and portfolio views; evolve from MVP to V2 capability.
• Design pipelines for unstructured learner feedback and CSAT metrics; deliver reportable signals.
• Connect engagement signals to commercial outcomes with bias controls.
• Develop a living semantic model of content performance across three facets.
• Make data agent-queryable for AI layers and cross-functional storytelling.
