Job summary

WTW seeks a Senior Analyst – Data Science to lead the Descriptive Analytics workstream within the H&B COE. You will design and automate data science solutions enabling rapid, insight-driven client reporting and connect local teams for global efficiency.

You will develop advanced analytics using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models, and present findings to senior leadership and clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Engineering.
• Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Professional-level English communication (written and verbal).
• Advanced Python, SQL, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategy, operating model, and execution framework for the Descriptive Analytics workstream.
• Serve as global subject matter expert on methodology standards and scalability.
• Represent the COE in leadership forums to communicate progress toward AI-powered goals.
• Develop and deploy analytics using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models.
• Lead statistical modeling, data preparation, and automation with Python, SQL, PowerBI.
• Create visual, interactive reporting for decision intelligence at all levels.
