AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect and build an enterprise data platform from the ground up on Snowflake and Azure. You will own the full stack from infrastructure provisioning through pipeline development, data modeling, governance, and observability in a solo senior role.

You will work on Bronze/Silver/Gold models, implement CI/CD pipelines, ensure HIPAA-aligned data handling, and enforce RBAC and security standards.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on data engineering with full pipeline ownership.
• Deep Snowflake administration and performance tuning expertise.
• Strong SQL, data modeling fundamentals (Kimball, SCD).
• Production experience with SQLMesh or DBT in a warehouse-centric architecture.
• Ingesting data from REST APIs and SQL Server using Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions.
• Terraform for infra provisioning, with robust CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines from enterprise sources into Snowflake on Azure.
• Build and optimize Bronze/Silver/Gold data models with SQLMesh.
• Provision platform infra via Terraform, including Snowflake objects and Azure resources.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for multi-environment releases.
• Design and enforce data governance, security, and HIPAA-aligned handling.
• Configure cloud networking like Private Endpoints and Private DNS.
• Build platform observability with Datadog or similar.
• Write production-grade Python for ingestion utilities and data quality tests.
