AgileEngine in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect and build an enterprise data platform on Snowflake and Azure. You will own the full stack—from infrastructure provisioning through pipeline development, data modeling, governance, and observability—delivering a production-grade platform with no specialist support teams.

• 4+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with full production pipeline ownership in a lean, high-ownership environment.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build an enterprise data platform on Snowflake and Azure, owning the full stack from infra provisioning through pipeline development, data modeling, governance, and observability.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting from enterprise sources into Snowflake using ADF, Event Hub, and ADLS Gen2.
• Build Bronze/Silver/Gold models using SQLMesh and manage platform infra with Terraform.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions for automated testing and multi-environment releases.
• Establish and enforce HIPAA-aligned data handling, RBAC, and data governance standards.
• Configure and maintain cloud networking, including Private Endpoints, Private Link, and DNS zones.
• Build observability using Datadog and ensure data lineage and freshness.
• Write production-grade Python for ingestion utilities and data quality checks.
• Collaborate with analytics and business stakeholders following Agile practices.
• Document standards and reusable patterns to scale the platform.
