AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to collaborate with an internal data team on a Customer Data Platform initiative. You will build Snowflake semantic structures, clean and transform customer datasets, and develop AI-ready data models for a growing retail brand.

Expect production-grade SQL and Python, with documentation and cross-functional collaboration, aligned with Eastern Time overlap. You will model data, create semantic layers, and ensure robust data dictionaries and clean

Formación

• 4+ years writing complex, optimized SQL including window functions and semi-structured data
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation, automation, APIs and data quality checks
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud data ecosystem (AWS, Snowflake, GCP or Azure)
• Strong communication with business partners and ability to translate needs into specs
• Rigorous documentation habits and well-commented code

Responsabilidades

• Model CDP data in Snowflake and collaborate with the data team to feed the Customer Data Platform
• Develop Snowflake views, semantic models, and metadata to support AI and BI tools
• Prepare datasets for retail initiatives and analytics projects
• Write production-grade SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation and wrangling
• Parse and flatten complex semi-structured data from cloud sources and maintain data dictionaries
