Coupa seeks a Sr. Data Insights & Analytics Lead to drive evidence-based decision making across our global organization.

This senior individual contributor role champions workforce analytics, partnering with HRBPs and COEs to turn complex data into actionable insights that inform talent strategy and organizational health. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will design solutions, create executive narratives, build self-service dashboards in Tableau, and apply SQL/Python/R to uncover trends,

Formación

• 8+ years in HR Analytics, Data Science, or BI with influence on stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral field.
• Advanced SQL and Tableau proficiency for executive visuals.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for analytics.
• Deep experience managing organizational data (turnover, recruiting, DEI) and large surveys.
• Data storytelling to transform analytics into high-impact presentations.
• Global consulting mindset and ability to work independently in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional analytics projects from vision to implementation.
• Own Global Employee Listening Program end-to-end, including surveys.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives and visuals for interventions.
• Collaborate with HRIS and EDE to migrate data sources to a single source of truth (Snowflake/AWS).
• Design and deploy Tableau dashboards for COE partners and senior leaders.
• Use SQL, Python, or R to uncover correlations; apply AI insights where appropriate.
• Coach HRBPs and COEs on data literacy and insights interpretation.
