Bombardier seeks a Senior Advisor for Strategic Workforce Planning & Data Analytics to design data-driven talent strategies and AI-enabled workforce insights. You will build models, dashboards, and predictive analyses to guide executive decisions.

You will partner with HRIS, Finance, and IT, driving data governance and scalable reporting across the organization. Strong Power BI, Excel, and SQL skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, HR Analytics, BI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, advanced HR analytics, or strategic HR roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, custom visuals), Excel (advanced formulas, macros, Power Query), and Power Apps (workflow automation).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and data governance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data storytelling and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data integration tools (SQL, Azure, APIs) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance workforce planning models to support long-term talent strategy, including headcount forecasting, organizational design, and workforce segmentation.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) providing visibility into key workforce metrics such as attrition, hiring, mobility, and diversity.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to anticipate workforce trends and identify skill gaps.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT to integrate multiple data sources (e.g., SAP) into a cohesive analytics framework.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders on workforce investments and organizational changes.
• Analyze external labor market trends, competitor benchmarks, and economic indicators to contextualize internal data.
• Strengthen workforce planning capabilities by delivering training, tools, and guidance for data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance with clear documentation of metrics and methodologies.
