Bain & Company is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to own Coro's data platform, translating requirements into scalable Python-based solutions, leading complex components, and guiding deployment and operations.

You'll mentor engineers, drive CI/CD improvements, partner with cloud/infrastructure teams, and ensure security, performance, and maintainability across data products used by Bain's consulting teams.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in senior data engineering or data platform roles.
• Experience designing scalable Python-based data systems.
• Leading and growing engineering teams across multiple products.
• Ability to advise on options given time/cost/resource constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture for the data platform and ensure scalability.
• Lead development of complex platform components and own deployments.
• Provide 3rd-level support and drive incident resolution improvements.
• Mentor engineers and drive automation, CI/CD improvements.
