Bain & Company in Mexico City seeks a Staff Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform assurance for Coro NGSS. You will design Terraform-based infrastructure, architect Azure networking, manage IAM with Entra ID/Okta, and drive CI/CD with GitHub Actions.

The role requires 7–9 years in DevOps, strong leadership, and a track record delivering scalable, secure platforms. On-site role with collaborative, global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in DevOps or cloud platform engineering at a senior level.
• Proven track record architecting and operating cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Experience mentoring DevOps or platform engineers in fast-paced product organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Own design and evolution of cloud infrastructure on Terraform and Terraform Cloud.
• Architect Azure networking end to end (VNets, private endpoints, DNS, NSGs, Front Door).
• Define identity and access architecture with Entra ID and Okta.
• Define and drive CI/CD strategy using GitHub Actions.
• Lead L2/L3 incident escalations and security remediation.
• Set infrastructure standards for databases and private networking.
