Bain & Company is seeking a Staff Data Engineer for its Coro data platform, embedded within NGSS. You will own the full data-engineering lifecycle—from translation of business requirements to design, development, deployment, and operations. You will mentor junior engineers and lead critical platform components to scale.

You will drive CI/CD improvements and collaborate with cloud/infrastructure teams to optimize tooling and performance, while supporting recruitment and technical interviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, data, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading data engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Python for production-grade data systems.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; governance and privacy.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and multi-cloud environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture for Coro's data platform and ensure scalability.
• Lead development of complex platform components and code deployments.
• Provide 3rd‑level support and incident resolution.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with cloud/infrastructure teams to optimize tooling.
