Bain & Company is seeking a Staff Architect II to own the Coro workstream within NGSS. You will lead technical direction, guide architecture decisions, and partner with product and AI teams to deliver scalable, data-driven software across Bain's platforms.

You will mentor engineers, oversee deployments, and align work with the shared platform. A hybrid work model applies with two days in the office weekly.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience building scalable cloud-based B2B software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for the Coro workstream.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate roadmaps into engineering plans.
• Mentor engineers and drive delivery with sprint-level ownership.
• Lead production support and deployment governance.
• Partner with AI engineers on LLM orchestration and tool-calling designs.
